Dance Attack — Dancin' in the Park!!!
Updated 4/21/08

Thank you to everyone for making this a great "technique" year. Our dancers are working very hard to improve their skills and focus on their training. To end the year, we like to give our dancers the opportunity to perform for their friends and family. This is meant to be a fun, stress-free day! The show is free and everyone is invited to join us!
To help your teachers prepare for the park performance, please let them know if you will be able to attend. If you cannot attend, that's okay, we still want you to come to class and continue your training. You can learn the show routine for fun! Classes run through June 28th with Dancin' in the Park being our final day of dance. If you are not sure whether or not your class is performing, please ask your teacher. We will provide a performance line-up in June. If you have any questions, please ask. We look forward to dancing for you!
When: Saturday, June 28, 2008
Time: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Place:
Memorial Park
Amphitheatre - Cupertino
Stevens Creek Blvd. across
from De Anza College
Our park performance is very casual.
How the Show works:

A show line-up will be passed out with approximate performance times. You are welcome to come watch the whole show, or come, perform, and leave when you need to. Dancers stay with their parents in the audience until a few numbers before they perform. They will group up by class and perform, and then return to their parents. More details regarding logistics will be passed out with the performance line-up.
We will have a dance floor rolled out on the cement stage, so the dancers can wear their dance shoes.
"Costumes" - For the show, we would like to ask everyone to purchase a Dance Attack t-shirt. We will have a selection of colors available and your teacher will let you know what color to buy for your routine. They will also let you know what to wear with it, shorts, dance pants, etc. Hopefully, this will keep it simple for everyone. T-shirts will be available to order in the lobby. Please watch the front bulletin board for more information.
Parents are welcome to take pictures and videotape the park performance.
More information will be coming your way, so please watch for new handouts when you come to class.
We know you will have a fun time at the park so please plan to join us for a day of dance!
